The WBs, Draft and Arch, are already indicated below. Instead BIM still has the Snapping drop-down menu, with additional snaps, but this can be documented in BIM. I don't know if these additional snaps will be implemented in Draft and Arch as well.

These are special commands, i.e. on / off switches and you always have to see which ones are on and which ones are off, so I think programmers intend to leave them in the toolbar. Otherwise you should have a list with a checkbox to know which ones are activated.
