Re: Request to add a module in the Addon manager
Not yet but macros on the repository are supposed to have a metadata ``__files__`` with the list of files to be copied along side the macro. The handling of macro metadata is not done yet at all but I'm thinking about adding it. For now it's better to have them in the FreeCAD-addons repo.

Re: FC017 Bug in Draft.makeSketch
Maybe related. In FC v 0.17. The wires obtained from downgrading the face in the attached file bug_makesketch.fcstd doesn't produce good results when using Draft/makeSketch. Some B-Splines are extended beyond the original corresponding edge. Thanks, Gaël OS: Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS Word size of OS: 64-bi...

Re: SlopedPlanesMacro
Thanks a lot damian for this great macro. I would say it belongs among the most advanced macros ever written. Would it be possible for you to add it to the https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD-macros/ repository and to the wiki?
Thanks,
Gaël

Done, PR 1447.
For a probably independent reason the Travis check fails.
Please test and report,

Re: Do we need more than one document in the tree view?
If you copy and paste between documents, I would imagine, that it's more convenient to switch between documents back and forth with the document tab because the fact that the tree shows only the current document would mean that when you come back to a document, the visible part of the tree would sta...

Re: Do we need more that one document in the tree view?
I think maybe it should be a Preferences option that documents not in focus are default collapsed or expanded per user choice. I generally prefer collapsed to avoid the clutter (and errors as chrisb says) but I just had to work on a model that needed several open documents that I needed to be expan...

Re: Usability issue: unwanted deletion of objects from non-active document
No please don't merge, this other topic is more general and not as urgent as this one.chrisb wrote: ↑Fri May 04, 2018 9:48 am Should I merge this with Do we need more that one document in the tree view?
