Then, the file is imported correctly but we cannot make changes in that.

There is an option in IFC export/import preferences where one needs to tick 'export full freecad parametric objects'. I did so. When I did export by unticking that option, the geometries got successfully imported but were non-parameteric.

Now, of course, the whole thing is that other applications won't be aware of the custom properties you add. In the best case, they will read it and keep its value stored somewhere. So one has to look at the IFC specs if there is something "standard" to deal with such structural properties...

I am using freeCAD version 0.17.11827 I just place a window and it cuts its adjacent side automatically. I attached the screenshot of it. Please tell me why is this happened. The problem is due to the adjacent window on the adjacent wall which you are trying to place at the corner of the two walls....

So what were your findings in your realistic rebaring in FreeCAD?

I designed the slab first as per the given conditions and with the obtained calculations I gave rebars detailing in FreeCAD using new addon of Amritpal.
