Re: Feature Request: 3D PDF Exporting to Asymptote format.

Thanks for your contribution jruiz. Well, I have to thank @Kunda1 for inviting me for writing this wiki, and to @chrisb for him advise about doing it. I am learning a couple of things about the wiki. A couple of suggestions: 1) I think num 6 should be a new title. I would split the document into tw...

Re: Feature Request: 3D PDF Exporting to Asymptote format.

Much better than vice versa, who needs a brilliantly formulated and pleasantly to read page with wrong co...

... Then if we can gettogehter write up the first paper ... Just i was thinking on proposing the Idea of writing a paper and sent it to a (peer-reviewed(?)) (n engineering) journal . The more citations this hypothetical article has, the more recognition will be made to FreeCAD. Meanwhile, the citat...

Re: FreeCAD as teaching support for education.

to teach mathematics and analytic geometry there are more suitable tools. ...And it offers this nice 3D view, where where you can turn your artefacts and look at it from different positions. This helps avoiding to be fooled by the projection of 3D data to 2D. Just this feature is what I like best o...

vocx wrote: Sat Sep 12, 2020 6:59 pm I'd suggest something like GeoGebra. It is much simpler to draw 2D and 3D parametric curves with a program like this.
Gonna take a look at GeoGebra.
Thank you.

Kunda1 wrote: Fri Sep 11, 2020 6:07 pm Neat! Can you tell us how you made this ?
Of course.
After designing a screenplay for the lessons, created bodies for the needed objects in the appropriate order . Initially objects are hidden and show them as needed.
