Re: MDI area instance persistance

I did some further testing on Ubuntu 18.04 today. It looks like this issue only affects Ubuntu 16.04, maybe PySide/Qt version related, or it might be completely related to my local toolchain.

In short if nobody else can reproduce this issue, nothing to fix here.

Re: Discussion: FreeCAD is not ready for 1.0

Yes, development will still happen, but as long as there are no solid plans or timetables no decision can be made. But the thing is, you and some other people are calming, all of this doesn't exists, and at the same time, when sharing your personal opinions, they more or less do align, with the oth...

Re: [Discussion] Splitting Draft tools into their own modules

It would not simplify but complexify IMHO, I find it better to group semantically, everything about walls in a wall file. In general i agree that both extremes, adding too much code to a file/module or splitting the logic way too much, across different files/modules. Both extremes can indeed increa...

Re: COIL iconTheme

If you would take the COIL variant that makes the most sense to you, would take a couple of icons from it you like the most, and would say OK, lets compromise. How would you approach to adding outline, are you prepared to do that and present the result? P.S. Note that if you decide to test this, th...
