OK, just found the issue. This workbench has major problems as soon as you have blanks in paths! PR installs to "C:\Program Files" ... thats enough to run into the problem. Appleseed has the same issue. I will try to warp my head around this.

I had an issue with the correct location of the Povray template. Yes, you have to update the path. Would be better to have a relative path here. After I fixed that it worked for me, i got a blue cube. I guess you use portable version, but I got the same error when this was broken. I also had run th...

A quick question to make sure I have the correct understanding. Currently it is not possible to keep the final assembly and its sub-assemblies in one single file, correct? The only way is to keep its sub-assemblies in separate files, right?

Yes, confirmed. Hint: I had to close "Selection view" and FreeCAD and reopen both to get the changes.

Sorry i can't reproduce this on my setup. White is non active window on Windows. I'm using Windows 10. Property View.png Mhh, that's interesting. I am on W10, too. Via Chocolatey: is this the "Conda" packaged version? Any hints? Would like to figure this out ... but no idea where to start...
