Yes, unfortunately I had deleted and saved everything and didn't have time to redo it.
Attached is the complete file, which can obviously always be optimised/improved.

It's not a good way to get the plate with that fillet, you could get it with a revolution whose sketch already has the fillet, however to be able to fillet, do what @Bance suggested
