Honey, you have a terrible typo in the title of the post.
Please correct so everyone else can be party to our little secrets.
If one wishes to sweet(sic) a circle round a path they need to be in the same bed (ooopps meant bod(y) )

That's how PD works, each new feature is added(fused) to the last, in order to maintain the single solid rule.

Here one can see the rectangular sketch is swept along the arc, but because it is not attached to the arc it is swept in its own offset.

You can use Draft link array with property Expand array set to true.
Each element in the array can then have its rotation changed (by a spraedsheet/configuration table?)

Where is the profile (the sketch being swept) in comparison to the path (the sketch being swept along)?
