You need a PartDesign_AdditiveLoft here !

Inside a sketch, it's always :
X = left
Y = top
Z = to you
The same for its attachment.
That way it's easy to find your direction relative to the sketch.

Do you know TNP ? You should not attach sketches to face.

You should try to use sketches instead of lot of primitives : Sketcher is a very powerful tool !
