May I add the possibility to also use mouse cursor position as an input when choosing what to keep/delete/extend? It's actually the same for copy/clone tools. They could be replaced by Ctrl-C ctrl-V shortcuts which would feel much more intuitive. The only thing is that with Ctrl-C ctrl-V you can't select if you want clone of copy. I think best would be to use Ctrl-C ctrl-V for copy, and if you want clone then ...
