by adding the qube pad
and make a hole to the face

you shoudt work mainly in partdesign or draft
part is only for spetial use not for real construction design

shoudent the startup settings takel this
as 0,0 is not a good mesh
atleast the lowest mashining in units shoudt be set
as metric 0,01 imperial 0,001
and a good filesize is 0,1in metric and 0,01 in imperial

what settings do you use for export STEP

ther is a SKETCH inside PAD001
just dopple klick on that and you are fine
the Space bar can activate the sketch so you can see where it is located in the 3d view
