A common Problem is when you have special characters in your username on windows. This can make FreeCAD crash . Otherwise we need to know exactly,what crash means.

I think i once mangend by using mesh WB,creating a mesh from each object and then selecting all of them, finally exporting them as one stl via right click-->exportMesh

Or use named constraints . both more simple thatn spreadsheet.Spreadsheet makes sense if you have a design with a lot of parameters that frequently change.

And, by the way.. The first feature is completely wrong , you created a sweep, where a simple pad would be enough. This is the first braking block here. I know you learned from my videos..but i never showed you this approach... surely... You used patterns where the do not make sense.. only the polar...

Maybe think about the "master sketch" concept and adopt. If you make a sketch, which is only the base for other sketches , and does not have a feature coming out of it.. You can make all lines as normal lines and see them from elsewhere.
