[FIXED] Workbench failure - Unable to load FEM Wb
EDIT I recompiled pretty much all dependencies from scratch and that seems to have fixed the problem. Mos likely a dependency issue appeared with openmpi, where FreeCAD was asking for a library that my previous version of openmpi lacked. ORIGINAL POST Hi, I recently updated my FreeCAD installation ...

Audioless Youtube videos
Sorry for the self-promotion.
A while back I made a couple of youtube videos tackling different aspects of FreeCAD.
Thought it would be a good idea to share them here:

Re: Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) workbench using OpenFOAM
Hi Oliver, Just wanted to say thanks for the work that you and your colleagues have done with CFD integration into FreeCAD. As a undergraduate engineering student this is a great help for education in general: removing proprietary licenses and providing good documentation. Once I get the hang of it,...

Re: Links between homepage and wiki
anyone think adding buttons from https://buttons.github.io/ would be a good idea? We could show how many times FC has been starred/forked/watched ... Yes, please. Maybe the first item next to the title ("forum index") could become a menu to navigate between wiki, form and tracker, what do...

Re: Path tutorial
I need permissions to do so (I asked already for it) I'd love to give the permissions, but I'm not part f the admin group. Hopefully your request will be approved soon. I need at least one native english speaker to proof read Let me know when you need feedback. I would keep the documentation simila...

Re: Path tutorial
But that already exists ... :? I'm stupid. Forgot to check the current situation in the rest of the wiki. The basic concepts of jobs, operations, dressups, postprocessors, tools are stable and unlikely to change. Glad to hear that, I'll check the current situation of the pages and start writing cha...

Re: Missing Wiki Images
Thanks Isaac! Better late than never, or as we say in FreeCAD lingo: "it's done when it's done" :D Couldn't have said it better. Another step closer for FreeCAD World Domination!! Also, a quick update on this tutorial: I moved the External Geometry explanation in the Sketcher tutorial to ...

Re: Path tutorial
Some fairly big workflow things might still change but I think we have enough of a handle that we could start documenting the rest. Let's talk about a documentation plan. Great! I'd suggest following the format that is already established with the other workbenches: a wiki page to introduce the mod...

Re: Trouble with tutorials
But someone will have to volunteer to take care of updating the tutorial. Good thing I've got 10 minutes of free time right now. I'll clean up my mess. Cyber3DK, I apologize for being ambiguous in some parts of the tutorial. Recommendation: extend line "2. Switch to the Sketcher Workbench"...
