The axis of (0, -0, 0) does not seem correct in the first screenshot. Maybe changing the angle to 179 (or any value) somehow fixes that?

Ok, so maybe one of the devs should take a look why isn't the proper dll used when the setting is applied. Thanks for testing.

As I described above I directly used the bottom of the hole to further pocket to desired depth. Apart from modifying the pocket depth to see what changes I cant think of another easy way to check the actual geometry used.

Part/Create a copy/Refine shape

Passes geometry check..
