Re: Arch Fence

furti wrote: Sun May 05, 2019 6:03 pm This is not possible with the current implementation of the fence tool either. But I already thought about it. I think this might be fairly easy to implement in the future. Just another Parameter to the draft patharray function i hope

Re: Arch Fence

That's interesting Furti! I'm sorry, i couldnt resist to try to model it with existing tools  : Cattura.JPG I used the wall object to make the upper and the lower profile, and two path arrays of structures to make the fenceposts. In the workflow there were three things that make it the proces...

Re: Draft Edit improvements

Re: Draft set focus on length instead of x coordinates

I was also thinking about adding the length/angle input boxes on the point UI taskpanel. I found a bit non consistent that is just displayed this when drawing a line, but not when drawing a DWire, or moving an object...

Draft set focus on length instead of x coordinates

Tryed to ...

Re: Draft Edit improvements

It seems to work okay so far... Hello! I did some small improvements with https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/pull/2108 . The tool is expected to works like this on user click: - check with getObject s Info if an object is clicked (this miss the case of a node in the free space, like the arc center ...

Re: Draft Edit improvements

Hi Marco, thx for sharing your work! Good job, i find this really intuitive: when I copy a wall my main purpose is to obtain a new wall, not a wall linked to the same base object of the old one. (same with mirror modifier) I was thinking... Since ATM we have a copy tool in bim WB that is actually a ...
