Are you using three *separate* operating systems (Jessie, 14.04, 14.10) or are you running the 14.04 and 14.10 PPA packages on Jessie? Just checked again the log of dubstar and kwahoo. It seams Calculix run is fine but the resultfile is not loaded by FreeCAD. Could someone who has the problem confirm if the result file is created.
