You can use https://www.prusa3d.com/prusaslicer/ (or directly from Github https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/releases ), https://ultimaker.com/software/ultimaker-cura or any other free slicer you find. Try to slice the stl yourself and see if there are issues. That last STL is broken. (not close...

Here is a proposal which uses the outer edge of the model as a guide. Probably better to use the first time the edges were generated. So use the edges from Fillet instead of Fillet001. You had degenerate line in Sketch (looked like a single point). Also why make two separate PartDesign bodyes to just fuse them together? Separate the hand (the revolution) in two parts. Create draft clone from the shorter part. Use the clones scale property to flatten it as desired.
