Re: Robot Workbench
Yes, it is exactly that! FreeCAD is one of the only CAD apps that attracts non-CAD users! So basically we are here to create a "new way" to do CAD 8-) Those things are interesting because they force you to rethink a bit your concepts. About Blender, actually the "official" Blende...

Yes it looks like the same error... Can you upload your file here so we can have a look? You will need to create a sourceforge account, and rename your file as .zip...

Re: Drafting with FreeCAD?
just remember that FreeCAD can only import DXF 2000, and support is not complete so some objects don't get read. That's not totally true, normally DXF format is incremental, so FreeCAD is in theory able to open any version. Only some newer features might not be supported. But I managed to open quit...

Re: No module named StartPage
But App.getResourceDir() + 'Mod/Start/StartPage/' doesn't work here, I coudn't really find out why yet. I supposed it was because the browser was interpreting App.getResourceDir() + 'Mod/Start/StartPage/', not python itself... Then really I don't know what's happening. About the many images, I don't...
