I'm having a problem related to this. On my system (Mint Linux 17) the packages libmed1 and libmedc1 are incompatible with libvtk6. I think this is because of different hdf5 libs being required for each. cmake complains and wind let me configure (I'm building with internale SMESH with netgen). I ha...
