Das Problem sind die Berührungen (die Punktkontakte) bei x²+y²=28.25² in der Ebene z=80.9250415120118. Verursacht in Sketch und Sketch004.
Ich würde bsp. den Radius in Sketch004 von 30mm um 0.1 mm vergrößern.

I spotted to problems. 1. The Loft "Hauptteil" is reported to have selfintersections. I can reproduce the problem in DRAWEXE 2. The Cut "FlugelCut" is reported to have C0 continuity. I currently cant reproduce that outside FreeCAD. EDIT: I needed to use the bopargcheck to detect ...
