Re: Assembly3 preview

Regarding the keeping track of references in either main assembly file or the part files: It's technically impossible to properly design/manage a re-usable library infrastructure if you stick with modifying the dependencies (the part files) regarding to their use places. Re: Release of 0.18

This made me really curious. Personally, I think: Code: Select all (c) 2019 The FreeCAD Community or Code: Select all (c) 2019 The FreeCAD Community Developers Corporations like Bell Labs, Airbus, Seimens, GE, Boeing, etc. are successful because of "corporate-knowledge" (the ability to so...

Re: Assembly3 preview

Yes, sure. I'll try to make a release this month. Hi Realthunder, and happy new year! any chance you release an appimage with latest commits? Yes, that would be a real good idea, since my .18-daily seems crippled and i could use an operable version of FC. No pressure ! drool.gif :o  P.S., Prob...

The issue has been fixed.
FreeCAD 0.18_060.png
Maximum "Step-Over-Percent" seems to be 75. Is this inherently part of the operation strategy by design?

I rarely use/exceed 60-percent; however I am curious!

Otherwise, this operation is "da bom"

Re: Opt-in/out Telemetry / Usage Statistics

PS Everything has risk. Its all about managing risk; in this case, the minimal-risk(please correct me here with concrete examples) is worth the reward! As for the future/crystal-ball soothsaying, time deprecates/devalues, if not destroys the value of information/time-based-perishability. Besides the...

Relax folks, your information is not that interesting plus the (physical)operator of this and any bulletin/forum is gleaning loads more information. And you are probably not even slightly anonymous as you might think. Web systems (and I can only speak for microsoft IIS; and I am not a fan of ms) on ...
