Re: Dimensions rounding themselves?
I can confirm that with this version: Thanks! It's not just me! I can also confirm it existed in 24847 - which suggests bug was introduced between commits 24267 and 24847. This is a major flaw if you can't use accurate dimensions above 1000 mm! There may be rounding issues on large objects or in ot...

Dimensions rounding themselves?
I've not been using Freecad recently and wanted to do something with it today, so I downloaded the most recent source and recompiled. I found that any measurement entered with greater than 3 digits is automatically rounded. Is it special to my build, or can anyone confirm a bug? Simple steps to recr...

Re: Preset Windows
Seems to me the solution to this would be to have saveable door/window styles. You save the style you like, make changes for other doors or windows then load the original style again.

Re: Problems using one sketch in mutiple parts.
You can create Draft->Clones from the sketch and use those separately. That's a useful workaround. Thanks. But I would prefer to be able to easily have different parts created from a single sketch. I can achieve the result with my own workaround, but I'm sure the behaviour I've noted is not correct...

Re: Problems using one sketch in mutiple parts.
I overcome that by referencing <<SqTubeZ>>.Constraints.width when positioning items.papyblaise wrote: ↑Mon Feb 15, 2021 3:45 pm if you modify Sq tubeZ, all the other tubes will be modified but if you modify the dimensions of the outer square, the position of the tubes will remain the same so there will be overlap

Re: Problems using one sketch in mutiple parts.
This is not a PartDesign question, so I move it to Help forum. Thanks. I did think this was more of a potential bug than a help request. Also the create Part icon is available in the part design workbench. Is there a section for discussing the Part workbench in the developer section? I couldn't fin...
