Yes, I tried and the result is that the module of Lines drawing doesn't included. Also I went to the : <user name/AppData/Roaming/Mod/Ship/freecad/ship/shipOutlineDraw > does not exist.

Well,
For Ship Workbench the view resolution mus be 0.01% but the performance is so poor. at .1% the buttock lines have no good resolution. In a C++ Software the resolution is good and the performance is good too.

My settings are much different from that. I use 28.5 degrees and 0.5 deviation. Maybe you can try a more granular setting until the very end and set it back to your preferred settings.
