I think you need to use datum planes and shapebinders for this, or at least datum planes. As Chris said you had a bad sketch, before. I made the loft suceed, but I'm afraid I'm not really familiar with the attachment modes of the datum planes, and hence I'm not sure how robust the model is the way I...

Select Pad> right click and select move object after other object, then complete the dialogue....

Model a pad and shift it's position in the tree to before Groove, then pocket as required.....

I've included a rather crude version.

OK, now I can see maybe what you are after. Are all the parts of S2VXA assembly actually separate parts, (do they move/have to be made individually?) If so then you will have to create a sub assembly, and if this is the case then they would be easier to manage in separate documents.You don't have to...

use the zoom to fit all icon Image

Also your sketch is basically symmetric you could just model 1/4 of it and use an array/ array feature.
