I'm looking to cut a semi-circle into a pipe I have tried selecting the face of the pipe even the "seam" and I still get this pop-up here's the snapshot.

I'll also include the file as well the sketch titled "half pipe" is the actual part so it is not the sketch use for the cut

I've done this before and it really slows the computer down when I send it drawing or drawing dimensioning.

Have you've tried fasteners? It is a third party add-on.

I would like to cut one of my square tubes at 45 degrees, it is going to be a leg because what I'm making is top heavy. so adding legs at an angle will help with that.

I've attempted to add a draft to the hollow tube and I'm having trouble doing so. I've include a picture of what I'm trying to do.
