Hello, I have downloaded v0.18 today and I've couldnt access BOLTS and Drawing Dimensioning. Thinking it may have had something to do with with having ver 0.17 so I uninstalled it, also installing\update and uninstalling those multiple times. still get a red message that disappears about "trace...

Have you've tried "Make Compound" function?
It is in the Part drop down menu.
As far as having issues making a union, it may be due to the overlapping parts. Out of curiosity is there a reason for three different parts?

I'm generally at a loss for words in times of passing. I appreciate Roland's YouTube videos they have really helped me understand 3d modeling, I'm sure he has made huge contributions to the community as well.

I've found this method by accident, I used the join walled objects option and selected "Cutout for Object"
