Maybe you can post your model to illustrate your problem for discussion. ArchSpace maybe what you needs, though currently there is no 'wizard' kind of tools to fully automatically help do that. Some random discussion- - Add custom properties to Arch Space and Editing - Floor Area Calculation + Room ...
