Re: Test read data from Frame3DD file.
I would suggest you to have a look to Code Aster ( http://www.code-aster.org/spip.php?rubrique2 ) - in my opinion Calculix is "light" for 1D elements. CAD can be imported into GMSH ( http://gmsh.info ) in Iges, Step tep or Brep format since the kernel is based on OpenCascade one (as FreeCA...

Re: Accurate wire export
Hi
The wire has been created in Freecad from a volume (Volume -> surface -> edges -> wire); such a way allows me to control constraints.
In attachment an example

Accurate wire export
Hi
I need to export wires created in FreeCAD; the wire contains loops and it has small dimensions; the splitted lines remain to high for my project so can I modify something to improve it ? (same idea than for a STL export)
Thanks
Paul

Re: Support for assembly2 continuing
yes you can:
- go to the Assembly2 workbench
- right click on the constrainte -> "Assembly2" -> "Select Object Elements"
The components on which the constrainte is based on are highlighted

Question d'habitude, mais personnellement...

Re: Application impression 3D

Re: assembling assemblies
I'm sorry you don't appreciate a volunteer work on this FC wb and a prompt assistance on this issue ... :o Maurice I do not understand why you are thinking I do not appreciate your work :?: :?: it is completely the opposite and the goal has ever been to share feedbacks (especially issues) Nota bene...
