Hello, Just noticed after some work in Blender that Freecad might actually have-why not))-some similar feature that Blender has. Hello,

Iam starting to learn FC, still one thing is unclear to me though: Is FC designed to create arch 3D model from an imported 2D plan mostly
or to design from scratch 3D arch. model, like Archicad, Revit ?
Most tutorials suggest that 1st capability...

The thought has crossed our minds:
Integrate_Cycles_renderer
Sounds not bad.
Cycles is:
-free
-efficient
-gpu&cpu
-well documented
-proven
-widely available, ready materials/nodes
-can be Python driven
