Re: Boolean operations on bodies not working

Furthermore as soon as you hover over a face or select it the Z-fighting issue is back -- independent if One-side or Two-side rendering is used. The fundamental cause of the problem is triangle sorting error due to the use of SORTED_OBJECT_SORTED_TRIANGLE_BLEND. The sorting error itself is not a bu...

Re: Python object with OriginGroupExtension

I'm very happy with the solution you provided, but what did you mean when you wrote I can achieve the result with existing objects? Did you have something particular in mind? Not anything in particular. It really depends on your intention. If it is just a one time thing, or the custom logic is simp...

Re: Boolean operations on bodies not working

I can confirm the Z-fighting issue. It is a regression, possibly introduced by the Big Merge? No, this is caused by the recent change of default Lighting. Change it to double-side rendering can fix the problem. lighting.gif ping Maybe auto change to double-side rendering when there is transparency?

Re: Python object with OriginGroupExtension

- if I add objects to the custom group, the objects are removed from the scenegraph and not showed (I can see them correctly in the tree, but they disapperar from the 3d view). You mean the child object becomes invisible when you add it to the group? Can you make a screencast to show the problem? H...

Re: Python object with OriginGroupExtension

Ping Hello @realthunder, do you have any suggestion on this topic? Here is some basic code for creating your own group. Note that you want to write your own Python class only if you decide to write your own workbench, because others will have to install your workbench before they can open document ...

Re: [FIXED] SubShapeBinder crash with sketch with more than one face

if you only select the binder in the tree-view it does not create a new binder at all. (i use binder from binder in the case of 'linking' them to another document..) PR submitted here . My original intention is to edit the binder by adding new shapes if any existing binder is selected. But I guess ...

Should I expect the endplates to be in their final position, or do I need to disassemble the Compound and apply a placement
on the sub-shapes?
It's a bug in handling of link array with LinkTransform. PR submitted here.
