I live in Italy and most of all I work in food retail and due to the national emergency/lock down I face shuttering ...

Re: Assembly3 preview

It's a bit more complex than just show the LCS, because the actual transformation may happen in a different context. asm3 mover is implemented with this difference in mind. I understand now your point. If I select a face the LCS of that face will be displayed but the rotation will happen in the bod...

Re: Cube menu

CubeMenu is a FreeCAD module that provides ability for managing FreeCAD navigation cube menu structure and overall appearance. There is a way to display it. It's quite new, and does not work quite well in my latest release. I have fixed in in the pending release. You can show the 'LCS' of each elem...

There is a way to display it. It's quite new, and does not work quite well in my latest release. I have fixed in in the pending release. You can show the 'LCS' of each element by either change the element object's 'ShowCS' property in the View (not Data) property page, or use the following toolbar ...

Re: Not run FreeCAD_0.19-19405 AppImage

Does this mean that realthunder's branch is now in master? No it's only include in the appimage / dmg. We can remove it again if it makes troubles, But I think including it will help to gather some feedback. Simple user here. I really hope it will not be removed from the appimage. It makes sense to...

Re: Assembly3 preview

Talking about icons meaning, I take the opportunity to ask the meaning of icons frame's color code (Nope/ green / red) and icons frame's line pattern (Nope / continuous, dashed)? I think that here it is explained really well https://github.com/realthunder/FreeCAD_assembly3/wiki/Constraints-and-Solv...

Re: Assembly3 preview

...I'm sure there are allot of users that still aspect it as an add-on unaware of the presence of it in the latest appimage release. You are right about that. I wanted to see it in the Addon Manager first. Also, it's "expect". Thank you, corrected. I really hope it will not be removed from the appi...

Re: Assembly3 preview

Just a thought. I was not aware of the presence of asm3 as default in the latest appimage(pleasant surprise). I was still expecting it as an add-on. Shouldn't this be publicised a bit more? A sticky thread or something? I'm sure there are allot of users that still expect it as an add-on unaware of t...
