I found the problem. *SURFACE BEHAVIOR,PRESSURE-OVERCLOSURE=LINEAR 1000000.0,3. *SURFACE BEHAVIOR needs two numbers, but the calculix-writer-function does only write the first number. Are these results already available also under windows or only in linux? There is currently not a windows compiled version with netgen and thermo-mechanical included sorry workaround on windows: https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/releases: download 0.17.7745 and use it for meshing. download 0.17.xx...

ahh for this geometry you can use Part --> Revolve to get a valid CompSolid. See attached file. Thanks for the explanation! It might deserve a new constraint - something like DierctionalLoad (for wind load or snow load)? Thats exact the problem the pressure works great. Imagine a snow load on an half sphere in FreeCAD FEM. Snowload is in MPa and Snowload is in z-direction.
