Re: Installation CfdOf / HiSA
Honestly speaking: no clue. As you said just trial and error. In my opinion it should also work properly with the newest Open Foam Release. Bluecfd is mit the most actual one. On my computers, it works fine with the latest OF release. Until I receive some useful assistance debugging this from users...

Re: Chip cooling ==> new solver available
Yes, now it works! But the solution is not converged (I am in steady case) criteron for Energy > 10^-2 and the solver return that it is finished. Do you know which y+ is required with this solver? Best regards Please update - I think I fixed that. Not sure about y+ off the top of my head, sorry.

Re: Chip cooling ==> new solver available
Hello, I have update the cfdOF WB and now I can impose heat transfer coef by double click. But I think that there is a problem again on this because when click OK and I open again the window the heat transfer coef is not record. I think you just need to delete and re-add the boundary condition sinc...

Re: Chip cooling ==> new solver available
Other question on BC. When I choose in the solver compressible, it open new choices in BC. When double click it open the window but with simple click in the table we have more choices than in the window with the line "thermal boundary type". "thermal boundary type" can be : &quo...

Re: bluecfd installation guide

I definitely have the Conda issue on my system as well. Started looking at it,...

Re: 2D-meshing in cfd
The file is attached. With the native geometry drawn with partdesign, I have several errors telling that I have to add 2Dbounding BC. I have exported the geometry in step file and import it. I am able to run the snappyHexMesh in 2D but the result is completly wrong. Someone can try to mesh this cas...

Re: Problems installing cfmesh / HISA over dependencies
Thx for answer. you spoke about a link but there is none ? If changing to bluecfd how is the procedure to install it ? Thx for your feedback. I was referring to the link in my signature at the bottom. Please read that carefully as well as the readme. CfdOF tries to make the procedure of installing ...
