Re: Icon "Highlight Stroke" - How to do?
Using a grid as described earlier in that guide helps a lot with this. For inspiration, feel free to open up a few of the icon source files. I would manually create a pen stroke aligned to grid then when necessary adjust for curves using beziers. A simple parallelogram like the one described though ...

Re: Ticket #3550: Some icons are low quality or maybe missing.
This is generally an issue on linux with custom icon themes in gnome - can that be confirmed by anyone?
I believe FreeCAD is expecting default system icons in those places but that the host system (or FreeCAD) displays them at the wrong resolution, hence the cropping.

Re: Core FreeCAD icons aligned to guidelines
Yeah, there's some pretty major changes... I'll hang around the wiki a bit more and see what's going on in the sandboxes.sgrogan wrote: I don't have a suggestion for a solution though. The changes in 0.17 are going to be drastic.

Re: Core FreeCAD icons aligned to guidelines
I liked more these cubes than the cuboid actually... The cube seems more "neutral" than the cuboid which seems to refer to a shape to me... So cube woudl mean view, cuboid would mean shape... Don't know if that makes any sense... Great, PR submitted. I understand, a cuboid suggests there'...

Re: Core FreeCAD icons aligned to guidelines
I think we could rotate that cube slightly,so there is one face that is more frontal than the other, what do you think? How's this? I turned the view icons to more clearly indicate front/left etc. viewbar.png For the wireframe, shaded, axonometric etc, I left as they were since there was no issue o...

Re: Core FreeCAD icons aligned to guidelines
I think we could rotate that cube slightly,so there is one face that is more frontal than the other, what do you think? That is easy enough, and is closer to what was there before. I'll try to have something by the end of the week. As for the save icon, i agree that better could be found, but this ...

Re: Core FreeCAD icons aligned to guidelines
Excellent, as usual! Thanks for the gigantic work! Thanks! I don't know where it is used (up/down hand) but thickness of the line is a bit off. P.S. And i see the FreeCAD logo was aligned. Those hands are used in the DAG view but honestly I think the hand is way too busy, after push I was going to ...

Re: Polishing of draft wb
While I like the ideas here, I'd just like to clarify on the icons. The yellow in the icon represents "addition". The red sketcher ones should be yellow technically but for historical reasons are not. The lines (if you look closely) are actually two tone: A dark outline and a light core. T...

Core FreeCAD icons aligned to guidelines
Well, I think that's all the main icons done... Old on left, new on right, on light, grey and dark backgrounds at 16, 24, 32 and 64 px. Now, I haven't done all of the icons here, but I've done all the ones that "needed it" and that I could find in my build. It would be great for any motiva...
