In Sketch002 you have 2 dimensional constraints set to 0. This is bad practice and most likely will bite you at some point.
Your Through All just needs to to tick the Symmetric to plane, then al is good:

Re: Sketcher changes?
Part workbench is more CSG modeling. Each object (primitive or extruded from a sketch) is a single solid. Each has no link to each other until you use a boolean to combine them. Part Design is a feature based modeling paradigm. Each Body object represents a single solid that is the accumulation of a...

Re: Topological naming problem...will force me to stop using FreeCAD?!
it may be fun, and easy. it typically means the model is being developed with little forethought. Slapping sketches on generated geometry with reckless abandon should never be considered best practice (even if the tnp issue is gone). And, doing will cause the issue (even in the ever so vaunted Fusio...

Re: Bodies and Parts best practice
0.18 is over 2 years old at this point and has had no work in that time. 0.19 is way more stable and has had like 6000 fixes and improvements. The Std_Part (the yellow icon) is not necessary. Each object can be contained in a Body object when using Part Design workbench. To align those Body objects ...

Re: Create a custom model view?
there are a couple of macros in the addon manager for setting the view to the camera and to different vectors. and I think one will allow saving user views.

Re: Helix tool in PartDesign - feature proposal including Pull request

I suggested he have a look at ...

Re: Create sketch / no active body
but you can create a sketch with no attachment for use in Part workbench. also, I assume when you say plane you mean you've selected a face of some feature in a body. which is not recommended because of the topological naming problem. in Part Design you should always be selecting which base plane th...
