What do you think, should FreeCAD by default search only on some custom search path locations, for user installed modules? Such as for example .FreeCAD/Ext location on Linux? To try to avoid such possible clashes, or not.looo wrote:

Re: Arg... Dependency Hell...
AppImage won't run on Raspberry Pi due to different architecture being used (ARM/x86-64). As for the task you want to achieve, it's a noble goal, but in general Raspberry Pi 3 is too slow for FreeCAD. Unless you are after some very specific use cases (CLI). Raspberry Pi 4 i guess is the first versio...

Indeed that might be the case. Can't judge about the laptop, as the information you provided is insufficient.
P.S. As for the Raspberry Pi 3 in general, there is another issue, it is too slow to be usable for majority of FreeCAD oriented tasks.

Re: 3D printing Apple IIe case covers
About time you gave it a go. With 14 of them i feel that your needs should be covered for a while. Once the stock runs out, it is nice to see you have a backup plan!
Nice job and that is really what FreeCAD is all about. That is the job usually doesn't end on a computer.

Hi @k0nichiWa and konnichiwa.
Did a quick test and the macro works good on my side.
P.S. Remembered this:

Re: Old vs. New Workbench Terminology
Likely we shouldn't bother people with that at all, hence FreeCAD workbench starter kit should do.

Re: Frequent FreeCAD crashes.
Hi Kevin As suggested, the very first thing you should do, is to upgrade to the latest version of FreeCAD 0.19 available: https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/releases/tag/0.19_pre P.S. You are using a rather old macOS binary, that still includes Qt 5.6.2. Indeed it was confirmed, on multiple occasion...
