I have seen this some times, and I have never found a reliable way to reproduce.
If it is the same issue I have seen it fairly straight forward to mitigate in my experience, just press fit content on screen.

No issue here. The problem occured with one of these non-LTS Ubuntu versions in FreeCAD 0.16. I would vote for closing the issue if noone can reproduce.
