This issue has the tag lowhangingfruit which I think it isn't. With a cancel button I would expect that none of the changes made would have any effect. @sliptonic may comment if it is easy to implement or not.
It might be neither an "Ok" nor an "Ok/Cancel" dialog, but rather a "Close".
