People keep adding bugfixes..
I can create a release, that will tag master, not the releases/FreeCAD-0.17 branch (it doesn't exist yet). Beyond that "It's done when it's done"kkremitzki wrote: ↑Thu Mar 29, 2018 3:21 amThe final beta freeze for Ubuntu 18.04 is on Mon Apr 2nd so if we can have a tagged release before then there's still a good chance 0.17 can make it into the next LTS! Even if release happens afterwards it's still possible but the hard deadline is Apr 19th.
In what way? At least version 5.3 Win32 compiles.
I would update to 7.2. How complete are the debug versions in the libpack? I've compiled release versions of occt 7.2 and nglib 5.3 and am wondering if I should compile debug versions as well before adding them to the libpack. (creating a debug version of nglib requires some work because you have to create a new configuration.)
I was getting build errors? Good that it's working.
I believe only OCCT,nglib, and VTK debug libs need to be updated. I can work on VTK if you want to do nglib?
Works for me without problems. So, I assume it's because of the semi-transparency which your driver doesn't support properly.ulrich1a wrote: ↑Tue Apr 03, 2018 6:18 pmThere is a problem in the Tools/Save picture... function in regard to datum planes and datum lines. Both are always shown in front of the model in the produced picture, regardless of the position in the 3D-view.
The problem was reported here: https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewtopic. ... 93#p225362
