The Windows 32-bit-Version of the 0.17 Release does contain an offline helpfile for FreeCAD 0.16. Looks a little bit outdated.

FreeCAD v0.17 officially released!

BTW: opencascade 7.2.0 packages are uploaded on the FreeCAD Stable Releases PPA. I'm currently waiting for a xenial freecad 0.17.13509 build to be done in my own PPA. Once it's completed (knocking on wood), I'll test it on my machine and if everything is fine, I'll launch the builds for all currently supported Ubuntu versions on the freecad-stable PPA.

I'm concerned we might go over the 2GiB storage limit, so I'll wait before doing builds for bionic (18.04).
