You did a better job than I did. But I think my head looks like an orange on a toothpick.

Ok. Latest translations are in, and offline doc is ready too. For me we're ready for release. @Werner, I see you are still doing changes, so I'll let you decide. Waiting for your batsignal :)
Finished! I think we can do the release now.

Bernd just made a PR with target 0.18: https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/pull/2014
Although I found the bug I cannot say if the fix is important to have it in before 0.18.

Fantastic! Does a great job of highlighting the new features and workbenches

Plus, I love the way you started it with the terminal shot. :)

Fantastic!
I really like your attention to detail, for example, changing the version number on the download link on the webpage for the video.
Pretty smart!

Great video. Fun to watch; equally for young lions and old tigers, I'm sure.

Rock'n roll!!

The release branch is created: https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/tree ... eeCAD-0-18

So what we need now, add if I forgot something:

- Prepare packages
- Pack the pdf manual/doc (I'm on it)
- Finish the release notes at https://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/Release_notes_0.18 (Some stuff @Moult notified, plus I think we could put some of the gorgeous recent screenshots from the forum (engines, @regis's arch, etc...) , maybe a screen of the new start center
- Where do we place sliptonic's video? I think it deserves some prominent place...
- Spread the word (social networks, etc)
