where to get FreeCADLibs with python3.8.8

I download FreeCAD_weekly-builds-24693-Win-Conda_vc14.x-x86_64, which with python3.8.8 in,I find in FreeCAD_weekly-builds-24693-Win-Conda_vc14.x-x86_64,Fem work without any problem with h5py.
and FreeCADLibs_12.5.4_x64_VC17 which python version is 3.8.6+,I try to compile the sorcecode with FreeCADLibs_12.5.4_x64_VC17,just find Fem workbench conflict with h5py.

So,where to get FreeCADLibs with python3.8.8 in it,maybe Fem will work well with h5py.
