Follow progress of realthunder's topological fix into official FreeCAD

I would like to follow progress on the topological fix and I see on github:

I'm not familiar with how this works but it looks like realthunder has committed a number of changes in the last few days, but his commits are "requests" to go into FreeCAD master, but they are not approved yet, is that correct?
