Pocket to Gcode "bug or misuse"

Post by Xav-83 »

Good evening,
I just compile the "path" module.
After some test,
When I export a path "pocket001", the "gcode" contains twice path "pocket001".
I do not know if it's a bug or misuse.

OS: Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
Word size of OS: 32-bit
Word size of FreeCAD: 32-bit
Version: 0.16.5583 (Git)
Build type: Unknown
Branch: path-module
Hash: 2d6fcdaa1f72ef6855945f1bf174004e7697dac6
Python version: 2.7.6
Qt version: 4.8.6
Coin version: 4.0.0a
OCC version: 6.8.0.oce-0.17

ps: sorry for my English, I use a translator.

I think it might be a consequence of the current implementation under the hood, at least it could be related to what is discussed in this thread:

It looks like a bug in the post processors. Exporting only a path produces just one copy. Exporting a project produces two regardless of how the 'use placement' property is set.
