That's good info Gene on the pitch approximation--much appreciated. Hand coding is fine too Because Path-WB shows paths for Custom GCode, there is still a lot the software is bringing to the table still. Hand also coding allows me to slave the XY motion to the Z-axis.

Have you threaded with a Thread-Mill Gene? You touched on offset since cutting edge doesn't extend to the end of the Tool. I believe I'm ok if I account for the offset and limit how deep I travel....... but I'm always open to the advise of someone more experienced...
