Took a bit of digging, but I think it works better now than it ever did before - Thanks for reporting and patience!
Re: Can't edit TagDressup
It looks like there may still be some lingering issues.
- I can't get the auto Generate to work. When I press the "Replace All" button I get two different results on two designs. One: nothing. Other: apparently nothing, but if OK and re-enter the dialog, I get the auto-generated tags.
- I have a design where no matter what I do, I couldn't enable the tags any more. After OK out of dialog, they just get disabled.

Re: Can't edit TagDressup
PR-1106 should fix the issue. I've had no problems with your file, please give it a try.
Re: Can't edit TagDressup
Thanks. Autogenerate works now. I didn't try the manual add/removes; I didn't have to.

Re: Can't edit TagDressup
Autogenerate works.
Adding or editing a tag by clicking on the path works.
Adding or editing a tag by editing the values in the combo box does not work, even if coordinates are precisely on the path (not sure whether values like 1 mm or 7 mm can raise rounding errors).
If the height of a tag coincides with the path one level above, the tag might become (randomly?) deactivated. Having it 0.1 mm below or above will not cause that behavior – all that "in my case", YMMV.
