HI Everyone.
I'm new to FreeCad and new to using GitHub also. I'm a long time CATIA user and dabble in CAD/CAM (taig cnc mill in the garage). So anyway, i was looking to use FreeCad to generate some gcode. I can see there are a lot of changes from .16 to .17 but i'm also seeing that the version of .17 that i downloaded still doesn't match the menu look that i'm seeing on the most recent youtube videos for the Path module.
I'm running
OS: Windows 7
Word size of OS: 64-bit
Word size of FreeCAD: 64-bit
Version: 0.17.12847 (Git)
Build type: Release
Branch: master
Hash: 4034851a5d2ed5c93a8ebedbf0ef40dab8700d94
Python version: 2.7.8
Qt version: 4.8.7
Coin version: 4.0.0a
OCC version: 7.1.0
Locale: English/UnitedStates (en_US)
with a build date of 2016/12/16
Is there a separate something i need to DL to get the latest path developments?
I'm currently interested in the sliptonic fork as that's who i'm using for youtube tutorials.
Thanks
-John
