Tag-dreesup ignores vertical feedrate

Hi,

When using tag-dressup and generating a path, the vertical feedrate set for the tool seems to be ignored and the horizontal feedrate gets used instead. If I delete the tag-dressup, then the paths is correct.

I'm sure this used to work previously as have used it extensively.
