It seems like whenever I am running a simulation, the redraw of the model steals my mouse focus. This basically prevents me from being able to use my keyboard whenever a simulation is running (which can be a while on my aging computer!)
Looks like this is the result of me using the "Focus follows mouse" setting in my window manager so I doubt anyone in Windows or anyone using the default Linux window manager settings would see this.
To reproduce, fire up your favorite Linux machine, locate the focus settings in your window manager, select something like "Focus follows mouse", start a simulation, and try to respond to this message forum while it's running!
