Ok. Have you recalculated the surface, are the artifacts reduced? The solution is probably somewhere in a global parameter or an external tool, perhaps opencamlib? Are you also using Ubuntu?
Could you send your user.cfg file, that I can compare it with mine?

Thanks for the file. First I have checked out exactly the same build from git, that you have. Then I compared the config files, if there are any differences, but didn't found anything, that changed the effect.
Finally I found out, that everything works fine, if I also select 1µm. Still 2.3µm didn't work.
So the final conclusion is: some numbers for Geometry Tolerance doesn't work, whereas other values, also smaller values, will work.
